When one door closes, another door of opportunity opens.
While I was still suffered from distress and sadness over being dumped and rejection, without notice this right person quietly appeared at the doorstep of my heart. If I were not opened up and fenced off everyone, I might have missed out the opportunity to a whole new person, a whole new life and a whole new world.
Tonight is the 8th and 6th anniversary of our steady relationship and marriage. Sometime I wonder who I will be, what kind of lifestyle I will be living and what sort of things that I will be experiencing if I have not met my wife.
A lovely person that is full of love, she teaches this shallow man to see the world with new spectrum of vision. Expanding his horizon and fill up his life with hope and purpose. Sharing, experimenting and experiencing new things together with this boring man with colors, music and dance.
Sometimes I wonder who would I be? Perhaps an emotionless blue collar technician that only knows how to deal with machines? Perhaps a “Char-Koay-Teow” guy somewhere at
Petaling street?
One should not be too emotionally soaked up and shun away the new coming opportunity.
While someone robs away your faith and love, you should be grateful that she is giving you the chance to explore a whole new world and whole new life.
